SMS Consent and Messaging Terms

This page describes the SMS messaging program operated by Greenage Systems ("Greenage Systems", "we", "us", "our"). It explains who sends messages, what kinds of messages we send, how to opt in and out, and what to expect.

Who sends the messages

SMS messages are sent by Greenage Systems from the phone number (323) 679-8611. Message delivery is handled on our behalf by Twilio, our SMS infrastructure provider.

What kinds of messages we send

If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages from us about your Greenage Systems inquiry, requested information, scheduling, and follow-up communication. These messages are limited to your interaction with Greenage Systems and do not include third-party marketing or unrelated advertising.

How you opt in

The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Visitors who want SMS follow-up may voluntarily check the box before submitting the contact form. Visitors who do not check the SMS consent checkbox can still submit the form and will not receive SMS messages from Greenage Systems.

When you opt in, we record the date and time of your consent, the version of the consent language you agreed to, and the versions of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in effect at that time.

How you opt out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have opted out, and we will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from us, and we will reply with information about how to contact us. You can also reach us at support@greenagesystems.net.

Frequency

Message frequency is limited to up to 4 messages per month per recipient. We do not exceed this cap. Frequency may vary within that limit depending on your interaction with us and any inquiry you submit.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Greenage Systems does not charge you for messages, but your carrier may.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and the fact that you opted in to SMS are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
