Greenage Systems ("Greenage Systems", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through greenagesystems.net (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (if you choose to enter one), and the contents of your message.
If you check the SMS consent box on the form, to document your SMS consent and our related compliance records, we automatically record:
- The fact that you consented to receive SMS messages
- The exact text of the consent language you agreed to, at the version in effect at submission time
- The date and time of your consent
- Your IP address at the time of submission
- Your browser's user agent string
- The versions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service in effect at that time
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or any tools that profile individual visitors beyond the consent record described above.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry. If you opted in to SMS by checking the consent box, we may also send you SMS messages related to your inquiry, requested information, scheduling, and follow-up communication, as described on our SMS Consent page.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than what is stated in this policy.
How we share your information
SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through the SMS consent checkbox, and the fact that you opted in, are not sold, rented, or otherwise made available to third parties for marketing.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes.
We use the following service providers to operate the Site, and these providers process information only on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:
- Twilio, for delivering SMS messages to consenting recipients.
- Resend, for delivering email notifications to our team about new contact form submissions.
- Vercel and Neon, for hosting the Site and storing the data described above.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and SMS consent records are retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, document SMS consent, respond to compliance requests, and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at support@greenagesystems.net.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale of your information. Greenage Systems does not sell personal information.

Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we may have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in a new policy version.
